BC Game License Agreement
- We presume that a user will employ the services offered by BC Game personally and not pass their account particulars to someone.
- Company rules required account holders to be 18 years old.
- The company reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban an account without notice, especially if its security team finds that there has been a breach of terms of use — and more so if other users are believed at risk because they may be minors.
- The Client shall, to the extent permitted by law of its jurisdiction, provide accurate and up-to-date information.
All rights to Content, Music and Promotional Materials are owned by BC Game or its affiliates. Except as may otherwise be provided in these Terms or any other relevant proprietary terms, the company-only content and such services are protected by copyright.
By accepting these terms, the user is responsible for any damages that occur due to unauthorized actions on company resources. The term “BC Game domain” refers to any resource affiliated with BC Game, and the company retains the sole right to use it. Clients will be held responsible for any costs incurred from modifying, hacking, or disclosing data on BC Game domains.
No Warranties
The company is not liable for any player losses that may result from website or domain errors, unexpected service interruptions, product quality issues, inaccurate descriptions, or any other factors beyond the company’s control that prevent continuous service as outlined in the terms of use.
BC Game commits to resolving technical problems as quickly as possible to restore service promptly. However, the company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate any service at any time without explanation. In the event of disputes, the decisions made by BC Game’s management are final and cannot be contested.
Your Responsibilities as a Player
- This Agreement includes the following terms and by accessing any of BC Game´s services whether through a browser, an application or otherwise you agree to:
- You agree that you are an adult and a resident in furtherance of the site where online gambling is allowed.
- Casual: You only use BC Game services for fun that you do during your free time.
- You access an account for personal use only, the credentials of which are not shared with anyone else.
- You will be required to provide true, accurate and current proof of identification or personal details when requested.
- The details that you provide regarding your account, name and address should be informed to the firm if there has been any change in such information must not keep pending.
- You are personally responsible and liable for the payment of any taxes to relevant authority based on your winnings irrespective of where those winings happened.
- All financial losses that YOU incur as a result of this, i.e. you take the whole risk on yourself
- Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in the service are accepted only as means of payment, they do not have Legal Currency status
- You agree that the value of Bitcoin, just like other cryptocurrencies can fluctuate due to market conditions.
- You will not facilitate or participate in any transaction that is inconsistent with the services provided by the company.
- A personal account can never be sold or transferred to someone else.
Prohibited uses
Our services are meant for individual use only. You can’t share your account information with anyone else. All bets must be placed using your own personal account. It’s against our rules to have multiple accounts.
We are not able to offer our services in certain countries, including Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Costa Rica, France, Netherlands, Saba, Statia, Saint Martin, and the USA. If you try to use our services from one of these countries, your account will be blocked. We also cannot allow people to use software to hide their location. We follow all applicable laws and regulations. If we find that you are breaking these rules, your account will be permanently closed.
Know your customer
First-time registrants must show they are at least 18 years old and a resident of an area where BC Game is authorized. BC Game may at any time require the Client to provide evidence of its identity or location by requiring additional documentation. The client’s account may be restricted until their identity and location has been confirmed.
Breach of Agreement
This agreement will be immediately canceled by the company, its services discontinued and it terminates a client account of illegal activities, manipulation or practices. When such a breach occurs, the client will be held accountable for any losses incurred as a result of said security being compromised. If the client acts in violation of this agreement, he will be held accountable against action taken by company management (including any employee thereof), and also for causing damage to another user. This includes paying for any legal costs associated with such breaches.
